Method 1: Calling App

On the other hand, the disadvantage of calling via VOIP is that neither you nor the person you're calling will always have an internet connection or even a phone capable of connecting to the internet. Method 3: Direct Calling
Your third option (sadly, still popular) is to pick up your mobile or landline and call an overseas phone number directly via your regular phone function.
